Lee Davidson Holt, 35, is a native Memphian and East Memphis resident with deep roots in the Mid-South. She is a 1995 graduate of St. Mary´s Episcopal School and a 1999 graduate of Auburn University where she received a Bachelor of Art in journalism.
Lee is detail oriented and business-minded. Her professional attitude and personal warmth served her well during her six years as a newspaper reporter in Alabama. In January of 2012, Lee became the founding chairman of the Memphis Area Association of Realtor's Community Partners Committee, charged with developing an ongoing partnership with the City of Memphis to attack blight.
In March of 2011, Lee sold 3731 Waynoka Avenue in one day yielding 99% of asking price and closing the transaction in 32 days.
In November of 2008, Lee became Prudential Collins-Maury Inc.´s No. 1 agent closing the most units of sales among the company´s 124 agents for that month.

In March of 2008, Lee attended Prudential Real Estate´s national convention in New Orleans where she was recognized for her achievements as a Fine Homes International specialist and for closing more than 30 transactions in 2007.
In December of 2007, Lee received her Fine Homes International Specialist certification through Prudential Real Estate for selling luxury homes within the top 10 percent of a specific local market.
In October of 2007, Lee was inducted into the Memphis Area Association of Realtors´ Multi-Million Dollar Club. The group represents the highest performing Realtors in greater Memphis or about the top 2 percent of the area´s nearly 5,300 licensed members.
In August of 2007, Lee earned her ABR (Accredited Buyer Representation) designation from the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council, a division of the National Association of Realtors. Greater Memphis is home to some 279 local members and nationwide there are about 30,000 members. Designees must meet the specificed educational and practcal experience criteria as determined by REBAC.
In July 2007, Lee sold 283 Schilling Park Blvd. in one day yielding 96.4 percent of asking price and closing the transaction in 36 days.
In November of 2006, Lee attended the National Association of Realtors National Convention in New Orleans. The convention was the largest in the city since Hurricane Katrina. The record-breaking crowd -- 25,000-plus attendees --- made a significant and much-needed economic impact on the rebuilding city. During the conference, Lee was one of some 2,000 attendees who donated a total of 8,364 hours of volunteer time.
In October of 2006, Lee became one of 67 Memphis-based Realtors to receive their e-PRO certification and actively certify it on e-PRO. This certification separates tech-savvy agents from the some 5,000 Realtors licensed in the greater Memphis area.
In October of 2006, Lee earned her GRI designation, an honor bestowed to qualifying Realtors who pass five exams that test their practical knowledge of real estate. Lee obtained her GRI designation in less than 7 months.
In May of 2006, Lee´s Web site, www.BestHomesMemphis.com was nominated for a national award for "Most Original Content" from its host Internet provider, Advanced Access of Anaheim, California.
In April of 2006, Lee was featured as one of 52 professionals chosen each year as being "On The Move" in their careers, according to the Memphis Business Journal, which printed an article on her business plans.
In March of 2006, Lee´s principal broker, Jerry Modesto, selected Lee to be Prudential´s "Ambassador" to the Memphis Area Association of Realtors," representing the East Memphis office for 2006-2007.
Lee is a member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

She loves being actively involved in her hometown community. Her real estate business focuses on service, not sales.

National Record of Success Prior to returning to Memphis, Lee spent six years as a reporter for the daily newspaper, The Mobile (Ala.) Register. She was also a stringer for The New York Times. Lee´s reporting is noted in published books including Bragging Rights: A Season Inside the SEC, College Football´s Toughest Conference by Richard Ernsberger. Additionally, Lee is one of 13 journalists worldwide selected for an upcoming college textbook on ethics in journalism.
While at Auburn, Lee was editor of The Auburn (Ala.) Plainsman, one of the largest weekly newspapers in Alabama, in 1998-99. That year The Auburn Plainsman won a National Pacemaker Award, the collegiate equivalent of the Pulitzer Prize. In 1999 Lee also was honored with the Academic Freedom Award from the Student Press Law Center in Washington, D.C.; the Kay Lovvorn First Amendment Award from Auburn University; and the Association of American University Professors Freedom Award, from AAUP in Washington, D.C.
